All of the guitars featured on GetTrumpGuitars.com were custom designed and developed by a Veteran owned company with the help of a master luthier.  These guitars have been manufactured by multiple providers and include parts/features that are both domestic and international.  This is standard with most guitar manufacturers.

Each guitar is carefully packaged into a custom guitar box that has been specifically produced to withstand the rigors of shipping an item as delicate as a guitar.  Once packaged, all orders will be shipped via UPS.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of in-stock guitars and 5-6 months for pre-order guitars.

We accept all major credit cards via Authorize.net, as well as ACH / eCheck transactions. We do recommend using ACH / eCheck transactions if purchasing an autographed guitarto avoid card processing limits with debit and credit cards.

Unfortunately, UPS will not ship to PO Boxes.  You must have a physical address and due to the nature of the product a signature will be required upon delivery.

In-Stock Guitars:
We respectfully ask that you allow up to a few weeks for shipping due to a high volume of orders and the extra time it takes to ensure each guitar is carefully packed for successful delivery.

Pre-Order Guitars:
Please allow 5-6 months for manufacturing and delivery.

All sales are final.  In the event the guitar is damaged during delivery, please notify support@gettrumpguitars.com immediately, so we can issue you a refund for your guitar.
